breakfast is very important for person,I think. Because it is power of life starting. Brerakfast is very simple. because morning is not so hummgry. For exdample ,
hum eggs and breads and rice and miso soup and natto and nori and so on. In Japan, usually ate rice and miso soup and fride fish. It is very nice breakfast, Ithink. I did not ete it .so i do not to do max power in the morning.
